Hemingford Abbots golf club was set up in 1991 as a members and pay and play facility. We are proud of our reputation as the FRIENDLY ONE and continue to operate the course for the maximum enjoyment of its members and other users. Although we insist upon certain standards the absence of stuffiness and elitism allows everyone to be treated equally and fairly in a friendly welcoming manner.

Ray Paton has owned the course since its inception in 1991.
Our members and pay and play customers have been enjoying their golfing leisure time here at Hemingford and now that we have extended our club house and expanded our facilities we would like to attract groups and societies of all golfing standards so that they can also enjoy our friendly, happy atmosphere whilst testing their skills on the course.
